SPS are trained in wood floor sanding and maintenance product application. Usually wooden floors can be deep cleaned and coated with a high solid wax oil rather than sanding. SPS offer this service and should be undertaken every 3 - 5 years, depending on traffic, to protect the wood.
We also offer a damage and stain repair service, filling and colour matching, an excellent alternative option to replacing wooden floors.
